I always use godaddy.com but it varies depending on how long you want them to host and how much space you want to hold on your site. I suggest calling them instead of ordering online since they will help you with the best option with no sales pressure.
You can use GoDaddy or NameCheap for domain registration.
For hosting - you can use DigitalOcean, Linode, RackSpace or Amazon EC2. I won't recommend anymore using shared hosting these days.
