There are few companies in the market who hires under graduates or graduate freshers to do online submission stuff, it contains activities like directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting etc. But all these activities are not useful for a site to be in rank. Google monitors all these activities & if any webmaster is doing this intentionally then Google applies penalty to that site. So if your job role is like this don't do this, its like a donkey work. Your manager will provide you a list of site in which you have to do submissions. If you really like to learn SEO then check SEO forums where you can gain knowledge by yourself by reading from basic to advance SEO techniques. Choice is yours.

Well look no matter if it's sme,smo,ppc,seo I would like to say that you have zeal to work hard go for it.
If they are offering that such position than why are they asking for non graduates...it might be possible that they provide training to new joined.
I got an offer for this but ... its requirements say non grads also welcome . So wats the credibility and should I do ???
