It really depends on what the difference between the cards is.
In lay-mans terms - many printers are capable of performing a mail-merge (called variable data) if the positioning remains the same - rather like a mail-merged Word document.
Therefore, it may not cost as much as you think.

You realize that in essence you will be buying 370 lots of one - you are going to get charged an arm and a leg due to setup costs.
You're better off getting a business card template and just getting heavy stock perf'd printer paper and making them all yourself.

thats probably not going to happen online, maybe with a local print shop. but not online.
I highly recommend you look for a local print shop. It will also likely not be cheap at all. If they where all going to be the same I would direct you to www.vistaprint.com
I am doing a little project and I was wondering where online I can buy small business cards or something of the same size that have different text on each of them. I need 370 cards that each say something different.
