Question about gift deeds?

Since you own the condo you need to have the tenants pay you or evict them since the lease is not valid.

Your father can't sell the condo, it isn't his.

I'll give you this, you have a very rich imagination or too much time on your hands - perhaps both. Here you are 23 and live in California.....you live in UK and want to buy a hotel....you want to rent a mansion for a week.... you are 21 and got a 14 year old pregnant and so it goes on .....

contact local lawyer for actual info

as CA has weird laws.

contact Tax IRS for info on your tax liablities also.

a 2nd job may help.

yes

I will try to make this as short as possible.

I have received a gift deed on a condo from my very wealthy father to " make up" for never being there. I have received the title of the condo in December of 2013. My name is the only one listed on it. My father ended up renting out the property without my consent but promised me the rental income every month.

I haven't received the rental income these past few months. I have confronted him on this and he threatened to sell the condo.

My questions are:

Is he allowed to withhold my rental income? If not, what steps do I take to ensure I get the rental income every month?

I'm 23 years old and live in California if that helps.
