Renting Money Question?

3 lot 3 bedroom I bath full yard fenced with 2 door garage on a corner lot how much should I charge for rent on my property?

"North West America" is pretty non-specific. If that's the description you plan to use for an ad then don't count on too many responses from potential renters. You need local information which would be state, county, and zip.

Realty prices are based on location. If you plan to rent this out yourself then you would need to go to Realtor.com and see what similar sized properties are being rented for within about a mile from where this property is located. Otherwise, if you don't want to do the work yourself then you'll need the assistance of a property management company.

You might also want to change the category to something more local (ie. Seattle, Forks, or Boise) if you would like a better answer.

I would ask $5,000 a month, if no takers lower it until I found a taker. Or look at what an apartment cost and other local rents for houses. I am in Seattle area and a one bath house is not a great one but if it was on the waterfront or great view, freshly high end remodeled it might get twice as much as in the country 20 miles from the city so somewhere between 1,500 and 2,500 probably but could be worth less than 200K to over 500K depending on location exactly not just NW America.

How much rent you get is based on LOCAL information. This is an international site. Nobody can help you without a location & then they can not help you if they are not familiar with the prices in that location. You are better off asking this of a LOCAL realtor or property manager.

EDIT: "North west America " IS NOT A LOCATION! Rents vary greatly from state to state & even city to city. If you want any remotely accurate answer we need a city & state.

North west America

Ask a letting agent.
