Renting a house out if you're Disabled?

What on earth does your LL being disabled have to do with her being able to rent her property to you? As long as she owns the house or is a property manager for the owner, of course she can rent it out!

The fact that you have no lease and are on a month to month rental agreement has nothing to do with her lawful ability to rent out HER property. You have to give proper written notice per OK's landlord/tenant laws if you are wanting to move.

In ?USA , any one that 'owns' the house

can rent it out.

if u get no written lease u are on month to month

rental. u will need a written 'notice to vacate'

in landlord's hand (not mail) at least 31 days b4

u plan on leaving.

u will need to do a 'walk through' the house no more

than 2 days be u leave.

get photos of walk through and written papers work.

Why wouldn't she be able to rent you a house if she's disabled? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

will save u money

Of course a disabled person can rent out her houses there is no law against it. you need to make sure you notify her you are going if your stuff is rent there when you leave then she can keep charging you rent because your still living there

Just found out my landlord is disabled. I was curious if she legally can't rent us a house? We have no lease which is nice cause we can leave with a 30 day notice anytime we want right? We live in the state of Oklahoma. Tried googling but couldn't find anything. Any info is much appreciated thank you!!!!
