Renting an apartment...?

With no credit & no rental history most landlords will not rent to you. Those that do will require a co signer or a larger deposit.

And No most landlords will not take 3 mo or the entire yr lease rent up front. Sure some will but most will not.

If you find an individual instead of a complex you might be able to carry this off otherwise no credit, no history will hurt you and get you denied.

I have one tenant in your circumstances and he offered a year in advance if I would give him a lease on a property. I did.

Since you have no previous rental history or most likely no credit, you will probably need a co-signer or lease guarantor and/or a larger deposit and/or pre-pay a few months rent.

here , u can pre pay for 3 months

Plus all other costs to get in.

ask locally as they get to decide

Without credit probably not. Do you have a job? If not, then no.

I'm 18, I just found an apartment that I really like and I'm filling an application out. This is my first time moving out, and I'm working in a private cleaning business. I also got a large lump some of money from my father passing away, so me affording it will not be a problem.

Do you think I'll get approved?
