She has a right to do anything she wants with it regardless of what you want. If your mom were to pass away, you'd be in line to inherit it. . . I have sold family property in the past and regret it now . . but that's just me . . .
I am holding on tight to my properties now, because they provide reasonable income, and I plan fully to pass them on to the children when my wife and I pass . . so they will have the same benefits I have . .
If the property is a money drain to your mom just causing her Insurance and Taxes every year, and it's just some rural land that really can't be looked upon as anything viable . . then I understand her reasoning for dumping it . . but if it provides income . . it'd probably be better to keep it

You have no right to any of the property. It belongs to your uncle and mother. Either are free to sell to whomever.

My grand father owned a property which he bought in 1965, he has two sons who got this property divided in a family sattlement in 1987. I am the grandson of one of the father who got this divided property in 1987. my grand father does not have any will. In 2007 my father transferred his 40% property as a family gift to my mom. I need to know simple question, does I as a grand son have any right in this 40% of property, which my father transferd to my mother name .Now my father is no more and my mom wants to sell this 40% land
