If the landlord will not extend the notice (don't count on it) you will have to store your property and stay in a hotel for the 10 days. This happens a lot, your moving company may just store your things in their truck.
Nobody here can help you. You have to go ask YOUR landlord if they will give you 10 more days or not. This is purls up to them & we are not clairvoyant. You need to keep in mind that they have no legal obligation to work with you in anyway & have e4very legal right to hold you to the original move out date.

You can either request additional time from your LL and pay rent for those days or stay in a hotel until you can move to your new place.
