Your mom is an adult, she would be on her own voucher, not yours (but she can't get one without a SSN). Your 6 sisters and nieces aren't going to happen unless you are their legal guardian. Only minors would be able to be on your voucher. You GREATLY misunderstand how the program works. Your boyfriend cannot live with you, he is an adult and unrelated. Also, the program doesn't house non citizens (see - those without SSN's).
The wait list is likely 3-5 years long at least anyway. They will take your application, they get to them first come first served, and they assess your eligibility when they get to you on the list.
No section 8 does not work that way. 1st of all young able bodies people do not qualify. This program is for elderly, disabled & families. By family it only applies to your DIRECT family, it DOES NOT give free housing to any one ever related to you. As others stated the kids cannot be on your voucher unless you are their legal guardian. Mom & bf are a flat out not allowed.

You are free to apply for section 8 but you must realize that the program is prioritized for families, the elderly and disabled, not young healthy singles. You could include your nieces and nephews who are minors IF you are designated as their legal guardian, but that doesn't sound like that is the case. Sorry.
Everyone over 18 would have to qualify and anyone under be your own child or your dependent on your income taxes.
Illegals do not qualify for section 8. However, they do qualify for, and get priority, public housing. Your mother should apply for public housing with everyone under her. She will get it with no problem, likely have all of the bills covered too.
If you aren't disabled you won't get it. Your illegal aliens can't expect taxpayers to support them, they need to go home.

First would like to know would i be able to add my mom and my 6 sisters and niece to my section 8 application my mom is 45 years old and has no SSN or not PIN number but my sisters were ALL born here in USA the oldest one being 23 and the youngest one 8?
Would i be able to add my Boyfriend to my application he also has no SSN or PIN
have not jet filled the application will be getting the application in about 2 weeks not sure
