Next, you'll need to do your homework on apple and make sure they are the best fit for your invention. You'll need to find out who at apple heads the department that is closest to your invention and how to contact that person. You'll need to attempt to schedule a meeting with them where you can present your invention, but don't hold your breath.
Apple may not accept submissions from outsiders, they do plenty of invention in house, if you established a company that successfully marketed your product or software there would be a better chance of them acquiring that company. Prof3essional inventors will tell you that good ideas alone are worth a dime a dozen.
Here is a link to the U.S. patent office, else you can take the first step, doing a preliminary patent search to see if your idea is indeed unique, you can also examine sample patents in your field to get a feel for the document from.

if you are in Israel you need to see what you need to do for a patent in your country
once you have that in hand would probably be a helpful step to get an American patent
once you have that security you can present your idea to Apple and go from there
I think as suggested that might be unrealistic, try local companies, there are many high tech start ups and grow with them. If its a good idea then any high tech company can market it, and if you can prove the concept in your local market then you may have a business case to expand to Europe/US etc.
