There are official Ebay Trading Assistants to do this for you. Selling "small items" is hardly worth it once Ebay listing fees, Final Value Fees & Paypal fees are deducted.

I used to be a Trading Assistant I would only sell goods that I had in my possession so I was responsible for posting them. After all it is my 100% feedback rating on the line. I took 22% commission on all goods sold.

If you just have a couple of small items then I suggest you sell them yourself.
