Should I move out.?

It isn't going to matter much how reasonably intelligent you believe you are , if you don't have that High School diploma in hand. That isn't even the starting point anymore. A GED isn't viewed as being the same . While it is better than not having anything, it is not as good as a High School diploma. If you don't know a bunch of influential and established people in the field who want to help you, I wouldn't jump out there and think I was going to be ok. At 16, your parents can not just decide you are not their responsibility. Unless you are being beaten or starved , you are better off saving your money, getting finished with school and doing well enough that your talents in music might be recognized and rewarded with a scholarship. Ten thousand dollars is a lot of money, but think how fast it will be gone when you have to pay first and last months rent up front and no one is going to rent anything to a 16 year old without a co signer.

Go to Roommates.com and find a place to stay in your area. Set up a budget for yourself and find a local job in the mean time. I do suggest finishing school. Its free, so I stay take it.

Good luck

Best you reconsider that high school education

It is illegal for your parents to kick you out, and it is illegal for you to leave without being emancipated.

I'm 16 and being kicked out of my parents house. I have a place that I could stay. Most (all but 2 or 3 things) of my stuff Is mine. I have made around 10,000 this year. However It's quite far away and once I do it I will not be able to return. I have not graduated High school but consider myself reasonably intelligent. I want to move away to pursue my music passion as well as have a fresh start. Thanks!
