I would divide the rent total 3 ways and the couple would have to pay 2/3rds, just like roommates would. I would also get a deposit on to use specifically towards the utilities which you would also have to split, but get everything in writing.
First make sure you can even legally sublet it in the first place. If you rent to a couple the price should be 866 and 2/3rds of the utilities.
You can instanly get an online payday loan up to $1000 applying this service: http://loans.servermatrix.org I obtained our payday loan despite the fact that I have really poor credit score.
You are able to instanly get a payday loan as much as $1000 applying this site: http://loans.servermatrix.org I managed to get our payday loan although I had a very bad credit rating.
You have more benefits with the attached bath and the slightly larger room.
I would probably do half, unless they are utilities hogs.
This subject maybe moot as the landlord typically will not allow you to sub-let rooms within your apartment. There also may be local zoning laws that prohibit this also.
I have been living by myself in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for some time. I get reduced rent of $1300 because of my employment. The apartment for any other individual would go for $1900 or a bit more.
My room is larger by a couple feet and has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a wall to wall closet and is located next to their own private bathroom.
I really do not need the second bedroom and I would like to pay more towards my student loans so I have decided to rent the room. In searching for a roommate I have been approached by a lot of couples. Originally I did not want to consider a couple because it would mean sharing the common space of the living room, dining area and kitchen space with more then one person.
Since the apartment is offered to me at reduced rent as part of my work benefits I decided to list the room for $650 with the mindset that the individual that moves in is getting a reduced rent through me.
My question is how do others feel about listing the room to couples for $800 just for the fact that common spaces will be impacted?
Opinions please.
