DO NOT move forward on this in any way if she cannot show you the house. People claiming to be from out of town renting a house & cannot give you any way to see inside are a scam. Owners in that position usually have family or a friend that can show you the house. if they cannot do that its a scam.

That's a SCAM.

You should tell her that you really like that home in the pics but just for your satisfaction you want to see that from inside in reality. So ask her to show that home to you from inside in reality as she got the keys.

Well we are a single family looking for a house to rent and we found one and well the lady said that the agency screwed her over with her home and the tenet that was renting to own. Anyways they moved out and this lady she said she is deaf so we are txt and she has a house in dallas texas( the one I'm interested) and she lives in Delaware. Anyways and she said that we only have to pay 700 and that includes utilities. It's a beautiful home( in the pictures 3bedroom 2 bath ) but here is another thing we cannot go inside because she has the keys with her. We are new to the house industry and we need a house because well this apartment is just to small. We need help and some do's and do nots's looking for a house nothing to buy but would like to rent to own situation. Help guys!!
