If you have a Paypal account and an Ebay account you should be able to buy.
Have your parents set up the Ebay account if they want you to be over 18 but once it is set it shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure your parents see what you are buying before you buy it.
im 16 and i use ebay, works fine for me. The only problem with paypal is that if they find out your under 18 they may confiscate the money in your paypal account, but they cant do anything with your bank account balance so i only put money into paypal when im ready to buy something :)
I doubt it, you are facing a fundamental problem...people under 18 can't make the financial transactions needed to sell online. There are kids selling on ebay out of a bedroom filled with inventory, but their parent are acting as their financial managers.
One of the biggest marketplaces with kid creations like duct tape wallets is Etsy.com it's sign up section takks about teens working with parents.
eBay probably has a better selection and wider range of products than other similar websites. If there's anything you can find on a teen website, it's likely you'll also find it on eBay.

Its to do with the credit agreement act you have to be 18+
