Well yes the name seems too long, i would suggest go for one or two word for company name. and you can mention the (International Trade & Investments, LLC) as descriptor and i would suggest the tag line should be focusing on your unique selling which you mentioned as : specialized software in order to gain specific information about the market for the specific products.

just a suggestion from my end go for simple name like:

VALUE-INVEST

International Trade & Investments, LLC

tagline: Add Value , Reduce Risk!

the current name really does not distinguish the firm from any other firm, does it?

Strategic Investment Partners

I disagree with Value - it implies you're getting a discount.

KMart or Macy's - which would you prefer to shop at?

W I T I ...sound ok ... try something unique like Marching Ants, Flying Bees etc. they are catchy.
