No Xapads is a fine Ad network, you can check you out there website www.xapads.com. They are now quite old in the industry. I am also an advertiser and I’ve heard only good reviews about them. Still if you are having any doubts you can investigate more but from me it is good to go with Xapads.
Look this is very normal these days, you look for a company and later you come to know that its a scam. So its better to be prepared. If you really want this company named Xapads to work for you, then you should investigate more about them like checking their websites, previous work and image in market.
Don't be worried, Xapads is a fine ad network they have worked with me in past few days and it was really good experience. They are not scam, but a well managed company putting up at Noida and Bengaluru.
I see both spelling errors and grammar errors on their site. Perhaps understandable (if not excusable) if they are Indian...but its not a good sign.
