What Can I do about tresspassing neighbors?

Turn about is fair play. Get loud, bang on the walls.

Oh, one more thing. Film them! Record it! I'm here in Missouri. What we say is ShowMe.

Neighbors creating a private nuisance can be sued for damages and injunction. Neighbors creating a public nuisance can be reported to the authorities and fined if they persist.

Or, you could continue to stand it for another 10 years, since it doesn't seem to have harmed you much.

Call the police for noise violations.

Cities have noise ordinances. Most can be found online by googling " municipal codes" or " noise ordinances". If whatever they are doing is violating the noise ordinances, you call the police.

Most cities have two sets of ordinances. The first is quiet hours - usually from 10 or 11pm until 6 or 7am. This means that any disturbance during those hours is likely in violation of this statute.

The second ordinance is for excessive noise/disturbing the peace. This would be blasting stereos, thumping bass, excessive screaming, excessive barking from a dog, etc. Normal living noise does not fall under this, so footfalls, low tv noise, normal talking, unmodified car engines, lawnmowers, construction equipment, etc.

Your description of what's going on is very difficult to understand, so I can't give you more specific advice. If these neighbors that are hitting your wall live in the apartment complex you live in, the landlord should be issuing his own noise violations to them. If the landlord refuses to act, then you start looking for new places or you continue to suffer.

When I moved here (apartment) a wall was not here, better way to explain there was a wall but it bordered the outskirts of the back wall, the neighbors tore down that wall and sealed off the side so that we no longer have access to the back side.I was not living down here at that time.Everyday I have to tell them to stop hitting against my wall, every weekend they ave party's as they rent the property and they put the jumper against my wall so right now I have to listen to kids screaming all day until about 1 am...I do rent,I did let a landlord know, but nothing has been done (as usual),what can I do??? Ive had to stand this for 10 years!
