There is NOTHING what so ever on my screen indicating this is the UK and I answered per the law in US so freaking lay off asssholes.
I pay my landlord on the 25th of very month to last me till the end of the next month. So I basically pay him in advance.
I am so fed up, he clearly doesn't want me in the house no more and has asked me to leave within 4 or 5 weeks as he is getting the place renovated. he sent me a text on the 17 but I want to leave asap now. I hate it here and his friend who stays here is such a trouble maker.
Anyway the point is that what can I do or what right to I have to say that 'basically you want me out and therefore, I want to leave by the end of the month because I do not want to pay you any more rent.
I have also heard that he gave a previous tenants deposit a month back a later.
