What do i need to buy a house in USA?

You will struggle to get a visa to live in the U.S. unless you have a professional job that is needed in the U.S. so you'll need to go to University in the U.K. and work and save for several years before you can move there.

If you ask this in the immigration section an expert will tell you exactly what profession you need to be in before you can qualify for a work visa...so, go to the "politics and government " section.

Obviously you have to start with obtaining a VISA. Which means finding a job, with an employer willing to sponsor you. You can't do that without a degree from a university.

You will either need cash to buy the house or a job to qualify for a mortgage. In order to get a mortgage in the US, you need two years of steady employment on a job. In order to get a job in the US, you need a work Visa, which means you need to have a job lined up and a sponsor (your expected employer). More information on getting your Visa is here: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en...

You need a two year job history & good "American" credit before you can buy a house. You will need to find a job & rent until you qualify to buy. As for immigration, I would ask that question in "polictics & government" section of Yahoo Answers.

When im 18, in a years time im looking to move to America from the United Kingdom as it is a childhood dream - What sort of things do i need to buy a house in America and what do i need to fill in any visas and stuff like that, etc etc? Any advise will be dearly taken as i would like to forfill my childhood dreams.
