It's really helpful to learn successful strategies from others and being able to find it all in one
place would be convenient.
I don't think a site exists like this exists but it sounds like a great idea. You had better hurry and bring it to the market since you already let your business idea out in public like this. Word of Advice: Think twice next time before publicly announcing your business ideas because there's always people lurking to steal them as you can see!

IT's a website about rating video game strategies? Think about a game like shogun 2 total war, where endless amount of strategies can exist, but which one is the best? Only way would be to allow user's to submit their strategies and other user's rate it.
