good paying in demand career/job.
get educated locally least u get burned.
You might have to talk to a Realtor.
Is this trailer in a park? If so, what is the monthly rate in addition to the original purchase price of $36,000 ....do you also pay utilities??? ask the seller to show you bills for them. How old is this trailer? Can you get insurance for this? I am real hesitant about this trailer vs a small house. A house could maybe appreciate/be worth more over time. How much of a bank loan can you qualify for???
If you decide the trailer route is for you, at least look at 2 more for comparison sake....but work quickly so no one else steals this trailer out from underneath you.
Good luck.
