Choosing CMS is all depends on what you want to achieve. If you're looking for just a content management application then wordpress is the best. Easy to understand and deploy, no tech skills required, even a layman with a little knowledge of internet and computer can manage wordpress site. But if you're looking for more complex functionality and high security then go for drupal (but that doesn't mean that Wordpress is not secured, it's just that drupal is more secure).
If you want to buy or sell anything then go for Magento. But that doesn't mean that you can't trade with wordpress or drupa website, you definitely can, but all these three have their own pros and cons
I don't know if you have done a broad search for paid wordpress themes, I doubt there is any other cms with anything near the number of available themes, or designers who can whip one up. 17% of the top 1 Million sites are wordpress based.
