ekart is their own logistics. they do not send oders via other couriers like blue dart, dtdc, first flight etc.
their logistics are very fast, they generally ship within 48 hours.
No this answer is totally incorrect witin 3 days i hasn't recieve my shipment then how could u say i reached within 48 hr.
It is obvious that most times the product will reach you in time but the trademark of a good courier service is when they deliver consistently. Ekartlogistics fails to do this. I have ordered 6 times from Flipkart and 4 times I have got the product in 4 days. Yes the product was delivered in the specified time limits but all these 6 orders were shipped from Delhi and to my address in Delhi itself still 4 days of time.
Another problem that I have faced is the level of unprofessional and ill mannered behaviour that their staff shows if you ask about the delivery.

It Depends on the area you are in if you belong to a metro then u can be assured that your products be delivered in 48 hrs
ekart is an e-retail logistics service.
Can you believe I ordered the product in morning and got delivery in same day evening.. Thats unbelievable.. So its based on where you live etc. Ekart is good however I noticed one thing they call you frequently and ask directions to your house unlike other delivery system (like Bluedart, RedExpress etc,) they can find my house easily. :)

its not within 48 hrs.in my case they have not delivered even in sixth day of the order.

the worst delivery service.. .. i have lost my trust on flipkart.. it's better to give few rs more to other site and get faster delivery..
