You can try a free website hosting service such as http://hostmatrix.org which has one-click installs for somewhere around 7 different blog softwares, which will let you at-will change your theme, you can eventually even host your own domain on your account without any extra charges, just buy your domain and add it to your account without paying them any money yourself. Should you want to do other projects, such as have a forum, or something else you can easily add it to your account as well, all your hosting needs in once place and it's still free.

I'd say blogger. Its easy to start and easy to work.
