It should be split evenly. While you may think that you have less room to yourself, you also have the advantage of the bigger bedroom and an attached bathroom that doesn't have to be shared with guests.

Hi I am a young adult who is finally moving out! Hurrah!

I have a bit of a problem though, so basically me, my girl friend, and my twin brother are all moving into a

2 bedroom apartment. It's been decided that me and my girlfriend will take the Master bedroom and my Brother will take the other room.

Our Rent is 1630 a month

With 2 people sharing the master bedroom and 1 person by himself in the other room.

My Biggest question and problem is.....what would be Fair?
