What is a good way to promote a book? Mine is in the process of being published and i want everyone to see it. I've already planned to make a twitter, Facebook page, and a blog, but what are some other ways? i can't wait for it to be released and i someday hope for it to be a widely talked about book (all though i know the reality of that happening is slim) but I'd really love some suggestions.
