Any time they give proper notice.
They can come anytime with proper notice. No they are not legally limited to weekdays only however it is rare they would come out side of normal business hours.

They can come any time they desire. That being said, they normally will not show up on a weekend unless they have a good reason to do so.
Can or does hud have the right to come on weekends like Friday night and all day Saturday just wondering if they can or can they only come Monday through Friday
