the seller will not ship the shirt until you send your payment. you can link your paypal account to a credit/debit card or checking account for payment. if you do no send payment quick enough, the seller may think that you have no intention of paying and may relist the item, costing him money to relist it.
if you have a delay of payment, please inform the seller and let them know of your situation. Perhaps next time you cannot make immediate payment, you should ask the seller if they're okay with this or just don't bid.
be a considerate bidder, either don't bid or inform the seller of your payment situation before bidding.
you should pay as soon as possible, incase the seller re-opens the bet.

Okay, so I bid on this shirt on eBay like a week ago and after two days i have bid it I came back to eBay on the same page of the shirt that i bid and it said ' you won the bid, pay now' And I went to my Paypal account and i have no money there... I will pay for it next week but Will I be getting the the shirt anyways if I pay now or later? Answer with extra details thank you.
