Godaddy has a special offer on Economy web hosting plan right now (the first link on http://www.webhostingdiscounts.org/ ), $1/month ($12 for a full year total), so you can get it really cheap, and it includes a free domain name.
If you just want a domain name they have a special offer on .com domain names for $4 until the end of month.
