Blogger.com is a good place to start, it's owned by the Goog (google) and they have made it dead easy to set the thing up even if you're a brand spanking new, newbie, tumblr.com is an even better bet though, a blogging platform that has a ton of people on it, looks great and easy to use. But first go to Youtube and type in something like "tumblr tutorials" or "tumblr explained" and up will pop a shed load of tutorials telling you how to set it up. Easy peasy... just be sure to hit the option on Youtube which shows the most recent vids first.... some of the tutorials are old, old, old so you want to watch the 2012 ones at the earliest because Tumblr has been updated a number of times down the years. The button is top left marked "filters" ... cheers
blogspot is probably one of the simplest ones to use but it is still really good! there are others but i think thy;re too complicated especially for someone just starting out.
