I use Vistaprint and have been extremely happy. The free ones come with the words 'vistaprint' on the back, but the upgraded premium cards don't have that.
Zazzle offer 1000's of templates to choose from.
They often run vouchers and discounts that can make them very affordable. After you do order they offer a reorder at half price option too.

From my experience, I would suggest you go to fiverr and get
you business cards designed and made for about $10.
You really cant get a better professionally done business card done
for that much of a price any where else.
Also before you order the gig to get your business cards designed make
sure you look at that person's customer feedback and rating
before you order.

I think you should use Moo business card for its premium quality and excellent service and it comes in variety of sizes. I do think so this is the best to get good and quality business card for better use.
They do seem cheap, their website is not very good though, I tend not to trust a company that can't even build a decent website. I use www.printingpeach.com
