The one criteria that you need to make sure you have with whatever site you use, is the ability to have a second, administrator password besides the owner's primary password. That way you can have someone else (your cousin, an employee etc) do changes and maintenance to the website without compromising security and giving your (owners) password to them.
If you are going to be successful then you will need to dedicate yourself to other business and client matters ... there is only so much time in a day. You will eventually have to have a website/online person. That person will need an administrators account.
While I'm not sure what would be a good website that does this ... I can tell you point-blank that the popular website provider Homestead does NOT provide this. Do NOT go with homestead.
Good luck!
Godaddy is usually great way to go about it. They are fairly cheap and have a website builder you can use. Not mention you are going to have to (if you havent already) purchase a domain name and then register it in an online directory. Godaddy does all of this for you. They host your site, help you build it your way and there costs are not bad compared to hiring a web designer or paying for other programs.
Industry is growing due to competition in among the market professionals. You will get many companies in the market approaches you for design and development work by promising you to provide best and effective work. But choosing one among of them is cumbersome task.I would suggest you FATbit Technologies.Fatbit experts help you to creates concept focused websites and impressive online presence for businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs.
It is better for you to go for a website provider that design and host your website in a reasonable amount. Better contact eBEYONDS. They are world class, professional web designing company which offers web solutions cost effective manner.
You can use a CMS to manage and update your website content and better to go for cloud based hosting which is more cost effective.

I am an Invitation Designer who owns a small business. I had an ecommerce website where people were able to go online and purchase my invitations, but I am looking for something with a small personal feel. I just want my website to be informational about what I do and have a photo gallery, an about us and contact page, and a blog. I just don't know which company to go with. I need templates but I need to have access to HTML and have a sitemap to continue to drive traffic to the new site. I am currently with Homestead/Intuit for this new site, but they seem limited as far as sitemaps and metatags, keywords, robots, etc. So, is there any non-ecommerce companies that I can build my new site with and will have the sitemaps and SEO options that I can do myself. I did all this before with my Bigcommerce site, but I just don't wish to have an ecommerce site anymore. Thanks!
