I started a blog on wordpress. But when I m trying to search me blog on google search, I couldn't find it, though I had added some tags to my blog as well. I m wondering that blogspot are easily searchable on google than wordpress.
In my experience wordpress works best..
setting up a blog and getting indexed or seen by google is not instant..be patient. it may require a bit of time. my blog http://www.eyeprosthesis.net took 3 days before being seen by google.
Here's what you should do:
1. try to sign up for google webmaster
2. Add and Verify your site

3. Submit your sitemap:
https://support.google.com/webmasters/an...
wait for a few days.. for sure it will be indexed by google
