I wouldn't use any candles or plugins. Some might be allergic to the fake fragrances (plugins are especially gross) or just think there's an odor they're hiding.
I wasn't aware they used any. Aside from chemical smells being rather gross it makes it appear as if you are hiding something awful.
There's no set brand. Many agents don't use candles at all. If a house stinks they have carpets cleaned and use fumigators to remove unpleasant odors and things like plug in air fresheners to improve the smell.
There is no set brand every agent uses. This is purely personal preference.
I had a real estate agent tell me a couple years back but I can't remember the name brand, anyone know? Please don't suggest yankee.
