outtablue.com is better name for your website
In my opinion “outtheblue.net” is the better. If your website will be target your local market, then your country related domain extension is the best for your website.
In my opinion... writetheblue.com is the best one on the list, but I think "outoftheblue.com" would be even better... why is it not on the list? Also, to me a website with slang is the worst out of those options.
