Google "Blog sites that uses Wordpress" if you're interested using your own name or whatever name for your own blog site then acquire a cheap hosting account from any hosting company. Some companies do offer $1/ a month or get it from a reputable sites like GoDaddy and BlueHost my suggestion is BlueHost as its very secure and has the best customer services in the market.
If you're going in the hosting route please don't buy your domain on BlueHost register it at Name.com and only change the nameserver instead of giving it.
