Purchasing ANYTHING from another country comes with huge risks. Since eBay doesn't take credit cards, you have absolutely zero protection against fraud or bad merchandise.
Fear. Sellers fear consumers are fearful the undies have been used. Although in Asia those pervs sell soiled underwear in vending machines for good $.
I once bought undies on Ebay, but they were too small for my fat fanny. So sent them back & they claimed they would resell them in China. There's always a perpetual tug-of-war between Japan & China as to ((WHO??)) will be the one to get the used undergarments from America.

I have never used Ebay, only been using Amazon for my purchasing needs. That being said, I have been looking to buy underwear online as a friend told me you can find them at much cheaper prices online than going to a retail store. On Amazon, for nice underwear, they can be very pricey. Up to 40 dollars for just 1 pair. But on Ebay, I have seen them for very cheap prices (4 dollars with free shipping). Granted, I have never heard of these brands before, but they seem very well made. Especially for the price, it seems very enticing. But it all seems like a scam. The ones that are this cheap do ship from Asian countries (China, Malaysia), so I assume they are cheap because they are coming straight from the factory? I don't know. Even if it is cheap, I don't want to be throwing my money away at just anything. Is this a scam?
