That's a remarkable traffic for a 10 week old site that opensiteexplorer reports no backlinks for, this leads me to wonder if you are getting authentic organic keyword search traffic or are using paid traffic from who knows where, some of that paid traffic can turn out to be a blend of robots.
I trust you are tracking your visitor behavior, your overall site just looks like millions of other generic template store sites, larger graphics on the home page, perhaps a big header or a slide show might lower the bounce rate. The inner page product images may also be too small for fashion, a different template is probably needed than your perfume sites that don't need such large images to represent small bottles. You site resembles those Chinese owned sites knocked out in a day, a less generic store template might be helpful.
Large price competitive sites can afford to plan for long term results, some make no profit on the first sale or even first few, just to develop a list of repeat buyers, your affiliate payout is one of those customer base building investments that would probably need more than a 5% payout to be effective.
(Amazon can get away with a 4% - 8% affiliate payout because it is renowned for having high conversions rates, unknown or lower converting sites have to offer a higher payout to attract affiliates.)

Honestly man I feel like a big part of it is because of your name. Try a more creative name than that and I would also recommend sharing your new website with your friends/family. Also a facebook post/fan page. These all give your website a lot more publicity. More traffic/publicity = more customers. I would also recommend telling your friends/family to post about the website on their facbook wall so that more people see it. If you don't want your friends/family to know that your selling lingerie....well try picking something else to sell. good luck!
