It's French for Kitchen Travel. Doesn't really make sense but it sounds good...

nations referring to a group of people with a similar culture, they can be all under the same state/government but it doesn't necessarily have anything to to with a government.
I wouldn't use this name or something similar unless you are working with only cultural foods, so no universal foods allowed (if there are such things)
