There are a couple of sites that deal mostly with hand made items. None of them have the views you will get with eBay. I've been on eBay for over fourteen years. I've seen tons of sellers say they are fed up and are leaving. A couple of months later I would see them back selling on eBay again.
If you think eBay is expensive try opening your own brick and mortar store. I had one for eleven years. Nearly 3/4 of my receipts went to employees, insurance, stock, power bills, unemployment payments, etc. eBay could charge me double what they currently do and I'd still not leave. 13% is nothing.
Amazon and ebid are the next ones down but they do not have the traffic.
$40 out of $275 is pretty good in my book. There is just no alternative unfortunately.
The first marketplace on the internet, before Ebay or Amazon, still exists. It's pretty cool and they get pretty good traffic for some things. They might get more traffic if more people will list on there, and they charge less than Ebay or Amazon. The place is www.gemm.com .

eBay prices are pretty ridiculous. I think I'm losing more money than its worth. I made $275 roughly, but had to pay $40 for the invoices. Does anybody know where I can sell Buy It Now for cheaper?
