There is really not a site that is like eBay in all aspects, but there are many sites that do have parts of eBay. Hard to recommend one without knowing more about your business and expectations so I will list the top sites that come to mind:
1) Amazon.com has the traffic+ of eBay but not the transparency (eBay does not have much in the way transparency as it used to but more so than Amazon).
2) Etsy.com has decent traffic but specializes in handmade crafts. Has insertion fee and also % when you sell.
3) Bonanza.com has decent traffic and specializes in everything but the ordinary. Minus the traffic, this is about as close as you are going to get to what eBay used to be. Also no auctions, only buy it now and fixed price. Great community.
