Been shopping there regularly for 2 years.
Amazon = totally reliable
Shopped countless times and returned few times but always got what I expected.
They are my most trusted online marketplace...not sure why you aren't accepting the refund.
Reliable and not commercial spaming
Amazon advert says buy this and get this other thing for free.
On arrival the order did not include the free items.
Contacted the seller = the seller blames Amazon, semingly.
Contacted Amazon = is a problem to do with Fulfillment Amazon and the seller, seemingly.
Telephone Amazon = foreigner speaking, whose voice goes quieter then brakes up, then silence.
Got two replies from Amazon which have the appearance that they were typed by a person but the two replies are the same to slightly different emails from me.
I have been offered a refund by the seller and Amazon but there is no need for a refund.
Looks like the seller doesn't want to know.
Looks like Amazon want to ignore the problem.
What do I do next?
