To start with you shouldn't presume that just because someone has no feedback they're not going to pay. We all have to start somewhere! But if they don't pay after a couple of days and don't answer your emails you can start a case against them and make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder. You really have to be accurate on e bay. You should have stated you will receive these items "anywhere from rough shape to good shape or any condition in between, then you would have lessened the expectations of the buyer.
