Since you are going to need to host your site somewhere, why not register your domain and host your site somewhere (there are hundreds)? Then, you get to use their fancy software for free. You can probably get this for as little as $5 per month.
This may not be a good one, but Tumblr.com you can build your own website, change the hmtl settings to literally anything you want. And if you get in contact with the site you can buy your on URL. Hope it works.
