Absolute frauds they are. Dont waste ur money in this crap.
Usually they are if you are in a Telecom company, or some company that constantly advertises through SMS, and most of them even use social media.
However, unless you are paying for an employment agency, no one asks for money to employ you, so those websites are definitely scams, and I haven't even looked at one.
To be even more sure, try to somehow pay through another website that doesn't use your credit card, like Cashue. In that way, even if you were scammed, you didn't care about your Cashue account, nor did you care about the few dollars you lost, all you wanted to do was to test the credibility of the site.
There are no legitimate jobs that require you to pay before you start. And SMS sending means SPAMMING. You are the one who will have your phone account shut down and face a fine once someone reports you for sending spam texts
