Yes i can say they are real but bee prepared to be expected to sign up or promotional offers that will spam your email and phone calls thru the day.
You really have to be careful with those online survey sites,most of them are scams.
That being side, there are legitimate survey panels that owned and run by market research companies. I belong to some of those survey panels who are safe and have paid me for taking their surveys online and sometimes testing new products for them.
