As previous posters said that there are other methods to SEO like WhiteHat and conventional 'keyword in content' approach. But personally I've had great success linkbuilding too. Use caution here. I don't know the particular site you mentioned, but I have read in many SEO experts blogs that these type of backlink companies can do your site more harm than good. They all recommend sticking to the slower but much more effective way of getting these on your own, one by one. As they say, it may be slow and time consuming now, but it will pay off big in the long run.
