You should use brand name as:
"Page Title - Brand Name"
Please don't waste time with keywords, etc. With Hummingbird they are not too much relevant with content and cheating search engines isn't still possible.
You can use brand name in title anywhere but it should look relevant. As if the title looks attractive then only visitors will click on it otherwise everyone will ignore it. If you title is getting complete without the brand name then you can do it this way. On the other hand, if it fits in your title then use it surely as it also has some value which will help in increasing you ranking and people will know about your brand. Best position is in Page Title.
